Louise our Instructor is so passionate about helping people get started on the road to fitness. She is a mother of 2 and got to the stage where she felt embarrassed of her weight and lack of fitness, but knew she had to do something about it before it spiralled out of control. She took the first step and has never looked back!

The 6 week bootcamp and circuits course will start off easy and over the weeks you will see your fitness levels grow as the intensity levels gently rise. Every day chores will become easier and your confidence will grow with it!
Once you finish the 6 week course, you will be ready to join a number of our fitness classes, safe in the knowledge you will be fit enough and have the confidence and fitness to do so. Or you can continue on the beginners. We are here to support you all the way.
