07:00- 07:30 – Wake Up & Shape up 30 minute female weights class. Mission fitness. £4.
18:10 – 18:55 – Insane with Lou – Radipole School Hall £5.50
19:00 – 19:40 – Beginners Fitness Camp. – Radipole School Hall.£5.50 PAYG or 6 week course for £30.

17:30 – 18:10 Ladies Who Lift – St Aldhelms church hall, £6.50 PAYG or £22 for 4 consecutive weeks.

18:15 – 18:55 Ladies Who Lift – St Aldhelms church hall, £6.50 PAYG or £22 for 4 consecutive weeks.

 

Saturdays:

08:30 – Early Bird Fat Loss & Fitness camp Radipole park, down Radipole Park drive, £5 PAYG. or 1 calendar month for £20.
