Strengthening, Relaxation, Muscle Tone and Flexibility


Pilates – combines core strengthening and flexibility work with a relaxation phase for you relax and clear your mind and enjoy some you time; lighten the load on your spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles and alleviate tension. You’ll rediscover your body’s natural movement patterns and with regular classes, experience the following benefits:

Normal Pilates terms run for 6 weeks. But you can start a term any point as the exercises are explained clearly in every class.

*To achieve the best results Pilates exercises should be done regularly. Some benefits may not be seen until at least 6 regular sessions.

All classes must be pre-booked and paid to secure your space. Please check with Charmaine if the class you are interested in has availability.

Payments

How Payments work:
All classes must be paid for in advance. Either on a PAYG or term booking. No refunds or swapping classes without 48 hours notice. This enables me to adjust the number of rooms I am charged for at ST Aldhelms. Or offer a space to someone else.

PAYG: £6.50 At your first class you will need to pay for 2 classes. Your first week then next weeks. From then on you will always be a week ahead. The payment at your last class of term will secure your space for your first class of the next term. You only need to pay for classes you know you can attend. Giving 48 hotice when you can not attend.

TERM Payments: £33 for 6 weeks or £27.50 for 5 weeks.
Paying for the full 6 week term is £1 per class cheaper. Payment should be made before the first class of term to secure your space. (Normally on the last class of each term). You only need to pay for the amount of classes in a term you can attend.

The above payment system means I know every week how many people are in my class and what availability I have for new clients wanting to get started. Plus how many rooms to hire each week.
